iPad and iPhone won’t play nice together

A Sweedish technology-buff sent an email to Steve Jobs asking the following question, “Will the wifi-only version [of the iPad] somehow support tethering thru my iPhone?”

Steve’s answer:

The answer is, "NO!"

After a careful analysis of the email’s heading, bloggers have been able to determine that Steve’s response is legit.

Damn, it would’ve been cool.
